CrossFlex
With Jessey Gilbertson
This class starts with a traditional CrossFit WOD and finishes up with Jessey's signature combination of Yoga and Pilates. CrossFlex increases overall flexibility and balance which leads to greater range of motion and improved performance. CrossFlex is a beneficial class to take to prevent injury and decrease recovery time. Great for students interested in greater overall physical balance and ultimately becoming a better CrossFit athlete.
The new classes will be on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:15p (Level 2/3) and 5:30-6:45p (All Levels).
